Bremerton, WA  My husband serves on a nuclear submarine and over the last ten years i have seen the maning drop to dangerous levels. I worry for his and his crews safety because they are forced to work fifteen hour days on a regular basis. Accidents seem to be increasing as well and will only get worse. It is not only personally disturbing but nationally as well. Our defense isnt something that needs more cuts.
