The simple truth congressman is that you have consistently been trying to spin reality when it comes to regulations. I have sent you documenation that has already been published substantiating that small business owners are NOT concerned about regulations, and in fact they support them as vital to ensuring safety, protecting quality of life and they ensure fairness in the marketplace. I have sent to you information from the Bureau of Labor Statistics that completely debunks your theory. I have urged you to support President Obama's aggressive initiative to retire or modify hundreds of regulations that the administration has already reviewed. The nation does NOT want to roll back involvement of the EPA to protect clean air and water as you do and supported by your recent vote. We have a tremendous disconnect here in my opinion. You have been advocating for enormous increases in defense spending with no action at all concerning a budget, during your tenure in congress we have added 10 TRILLION to the national debt. You voted to shove the nation into humiliating default in blatant opposition to the will of the people. You refused to sponsor an August townhall meeting inspite of urging from this very blog for information exchange. We need more from you congressman. Your refusal to even consider a 1 penny increase in the tax of millionaires and billionaires represents yet another blatant disregard of the constituency. It is clear from your support of the Bush tax cuts that wrought tremendous damage upon our country that you made your decision not to stand with the middle class. You have opposed financial reform legislation that protects consumers while at the same time hundreds of thousands are in the streets screaming for fairness. This obvious attempt to hoodwink the public over regulations you wish to rein in to compromise fairness, compromise public safety and compromise workers rights has become a very old dog that just isn't going to hunt. I am very disappointed here. Your commitment to Grover Norquist and the nation's default of honorable obligation is of deep concern.

My dear Congressman Forbes, Sir, at your earliest convience please review the morning joe show on msnbc concerning insider trading with various members of the house and senate.. It is amazing how Nancy Palousi and husband made millions from the visa ipo, and quite a few other members who have partake in this practice of insider trading/short stocks etc. Now, the 565 who are in charge of the 300 million syndrome is taking effect. Can't someone do something against this illegal act/acts..poor martha steward went to jail over the same situation.......or is this another freebee for the elected. thankyou sir,
