How to Buy 3 New Joint Strike Fighters a Week
Posted by Randy | April 13, 2011

Here’s how: China holds 12.1 percent of our total public debt.  According to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, our interest payments to China are $73.9 million each day for Fiscal Year 2011, based on their proportion of public debt.

According to a March 15, 2011 Government Accountability Office report, the estimated total investment cost for U.S. Joint Strike Fighter procurement is currently about $385 billion to develop and procure 2,457 aircraft.  Thus, each aircraft costs a total of $156.6 million.

Our skyrocketing national debt is a national security threat.

Dear Congressman, I certainly endorse your view on our economy keep up the good work and I have a question, I have written Senator Fienstien a number of times on why we are not enforcing fair trade or imposing tax on imports which are costing us jobs and sending more money out of country, she has never responded to this question. Could you possibly shed some light on why we haven't hit this area hard with tax in order to offset the economic damage imports are doing? In case you were wondering I'm in Califorina thats why I have been writting her, trust me I would rather not but she is our congresswomen even though I have never voted for her. (loyal R of course) Thank you for your time!
